Transient Slips
The Michigan Department of Natural Resources owns or sponsors 82 harbors on
the Great Lakes. On Northern Lakes Michigan and Huron there are 17 choice
marinas. About 75% of these slips are available for transcient boaters. To
make a slip reservation, up to six months in advance, please call (800) 447-
2757. They are available Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 8:00 pm and
Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 am to 5:00.
