  • BENETEAU Oceanis 461, 1999. Two Stateroom/Two Head Arramgement. The Beneteau is built in France to their high yacht building standards. This particular one owner "461" has always been sailed in fresh water, and store in heated storage (winter). She has desirable features as: mast furling main sail, updated sails, dodger with attaching Bimini top, self tailing winches, air conditioning (reverse cycle, 2 zone), complete Raytheon electronics, 5' 9" draft with fin bulb keel, "sugar scoop" reverse walk through transom, Yanmar 75 hp Diesel (651 original hours). Nicely maintained and ready for your sailing adventure.

    JEANNEAU 45 Sun Odyssey DS, 2010. The Jeanneau 45 Sun Odyssey DS, enjoyed such European popularity, it was imported domestically, and is a popular cruising boat here. Her sought after features include: reverse cycle air conditioning, Harken electric winches, bow thruster, in mast furling, genoa furling, electric windlass with 300' rope and chain rode, Max Prop 3 blade folding propeller, complete electronics (color radar with plotter, wind speed and direction, knot/log, depth sounder), full galley (refrigerator/freezer, propane stove with oven, microwave oven), centerline berths (fore and aft), two heads, dodger with attaching Bimini, and the long list of popular items continues. Just one yachtsman owner, who always used the Sun Odyssey 45 exclusively in fresh water. Lightly used condition.     JEANNEAU 43 DS, 2004. The Jeanneau 43 DS is truly a blue water cruising sailboat. This Sun Odyssey has desirable features as: generator, reverse cycle air conditioning, bow truster, electric windlass with all chain rode, Bimini with solar panels (2), RIB 10' dinghy with 15 hp Mercury outboard stores on davits, complete Raytheon electronics, electric halyard winch, self tailing, winches, in-mast furling, genoa furling, full galley, and so much more. Used in fresh water, with one "Great Loop" successful trip, and maintained to excellent condition.     ARCHAMBAULT A40RC, 2009. "Fishtales", the Archambault A40RC was introduced in France by her french builder in 2005, as a fast racer that can also cruise, and a cruising sailboat to also bring home trophies. This A40RC was imported to the Annapolis Boat Show as the factory "spec boat" in 2009, as their entry into this important class, of dual purpose race/cruising fractional sloops. "Fishtales" has been highly successful racing in Great Lakes racing, and also enjoyed cruising. She is truly "turn key" for competitive racing and again family cruising. Race ready extensive sail inventory and related "go fast" equipment. She is well maintained and in excellent condition through out.     FREEDOM 38 Shoal Draft, 1991. The Freedom 38 is a successful cruising sailboat, that is both very easy to sail and also sails very well. Her desirable features include: free standing carbon fiber mast, shallow draft wing keel (4'), inflatable dinghy with outboard, three cabin arrangement, electric windlass, DuPont painted epoxy hull, deck and non-skid, complete autohelm electronics, solar panel, and so much more.     GOZZARD 36 Cutter, 1987. The Gozzard 36 Cutter is a successful cutter rigged full keeled (4'9" draft) cruising sailboat of her size, over 90 were built. Her desirable features include: Vetus bow thruster, Awlgripped hull, Raytheon wide screen color plotter (helm and navigation station), Lewmar electric main halyard self tailing winch, full teak interior with teak and holly cabin sole, electric windlass, dinghy davits, and much more.   • CATALINA 315, 2015. Equipped with desirable features: air conditioning, electric windlass, in mast furling mainsail, solid boomvang, furling genoas, full cockpit enclosure, shallow draft (4' 4"), full Ray Marine electronics (radar/plotter, autopilot, VHF radio, knot/log, depth sounder, electronic compass), complete galley (refrigeration (2 units), propane range, microwave), full teak interior, teak and holly sole, self tailing winches (4), and much more. Just one experienced yachtsman owner, always sailed in fresh water, and nicely maintained to new condition.

    ALERION 28, 2000. The Alerion 28 was inspired by the classic (1912) N. Herreshoff Alerion 25 daysailor. Built by the renowned Tillotson Pearson Inc. in Rhode Island, as the ultimate classic "down east" 28' daysailor. Production started in 1990 with 470 Alerion 28s built, with various class associations nation wide. She features: self tending furling jib (Hoyt jon boom), with a long and comfortable self bailing cockpit, inboard Diesel engine with folding propeller, cuddy cabin with three berths, the under body has a fin keel and balanced spade rudder. Always sailed in fresh water, with the present owner enjoying the boat for the last 10 years on the clear waters of Lake Charlevoix.
