- JEANNEAU 45 Sun
Odyssey DS, 2010. The Jeanneau 45 Sun Odyssey DS, enjoyed such
European popularity, it was imported domestically, and is a popular cruising
boat here. Her sought after features include: reverse cycle air conditioning,
Harken electric winches, bow thruster, in mast furling, genoa furling, electric windlass with
300' rope and chain rode, Max Prop 3 blade folding propeller, complete
electronics (color radar with plotter, wind speed and direction, knot/log,
depth sounder), full galley (refrigerator/freezer, propane stove with oven,
microwave oven), centerline berths (fore and aft), two heads, dodger with
attaching Bimini, and the long list of popular items continues. Just one
yachtsman owner, who always used the Sun Odyssey 45 exclusively in fresh water.
Lightly used condition.
HUNTER 410, 2000. The Hunter 410 is a success cruising boat for
Hunter Marine. She features both a complete forward and aft stateroom with
double and queen size berths. This particular "410" has desirable features as:
shallow 5' draft, Seldon in-mast furling, dinghy davits, electric windlass,
full Raytheon electronics, Wallas forced air Diesel furnace, life sling, full
teak interior, teak and holly sole, and much more. All in well maintained

ARCHAMBAULT A40RC, 2009. "Fishtales", the Archambault A40RC was introduced in
France by her french builder in 2005, as a fast racer that can also cruise, and
a cruising sailboat to also bring home trophies. This A40RC was imported to
the Annapolis Boat Show as the factory "spec boat" in 2009, as their entry into
this important class, of dual purpose race/cruising fractional sloops.
"Fishtales" has been highly successful racing in Great Lakes racing, and also
enjoyed cruising. She is truly "turn key" for competitive racing and again
family cruising. Race ready extensive sail inventory and related "go fast"

CATALINA 400 Mk II, 2001. Desirable features include: 2 zone reverse
cycle air
conditioning, furling mainsail (in mast), furling genoas, complete Raytheon
electronics, new 2011 (color wide touch screen radar/plotter, integrated
autopilot, knot/log, depth sounder with alarm, wind speed and direction),
electric windlass, hard bottom dinghy with outboard and davits, wing keep,
large aft stateroom with centerline king size berth, 2 heads, complete galley
(refrigeration with freezer, propane stove with oven), dodger with attaching
Bimini, inverter, twin pedestals (port and starboard), and much more. Excellent

TARTAN 3800, 1995. The Tartan 3800 was a highly successful
design in the popular 38 foot class. Her interior is spacious, a well planned
bright interior, with plenty well thought out storage. This is a very
comfortable boat to be aboard and enjoy. This particular "3800" has always
sailed in fresh water, and owned by just two yachtsman owners. Her desirable
features include: shallow wing keel (5'4"), recent Quantum full battened
mainsail with Sail Pack and 140% genoa, Harken furling, self tailing winches
and traveller, complete electronics (auto-pilot, radar, GPS, wind speed and
direction, depth sounder, knot/log), full galley (Adler Barbour 12 volt
refrigeration, propane stove), cockpit dodger with attaching separate Bimini,
and varnished exterior teak (excellent condition). This Tartan 3800 is in very

CATALINA 350, 2003 The Catalina 350 was a successful stylish
cruising sailboat
in mid thirty foot size class. She has a wide 13' beam, popular aft cabin
arrangement, large salon, complete galley (propane range with oven,
refrigeration with freezer, microwave), electric windlass, "T-shaped" cockpit,
walk through transom with "sugar scoop" transom, in mast furling, genoa
furling, dodger with Bimini, full premium Raytheon electronics (auto-pilot,
color radar with plotter, knot/log, depth sounder, wind speed and direction),
inflatable dinghy, and much more. Two owner fresh water boat in excellent

HUNTER 356 Shoal
Draft, 2002. The Hunter 356 is a popular family cruising sailboat of
her size. Her desirable features include: air conditioning (reverse cycle),

electronics (touch screen color radar/plotter, integrated digital autopilot
(recent), wind speed and direction, depth sounder, knot log), pedestal pods,
