HATTERAS 52 Cockpit Motor Yacht. 1992, The Hatteras 52 Cockpit Motoryacht, enjoyed a very long nine year production run, a testament to her success. This two owner fresh water Hatteras has desirable features: bow and stern thrusters, electric lifting swim platform with hard bottom dinghy with 30 hp outboard, large upper and lower salons, two stateroom with pedestal berths, full electronics (new in 2016) with a large touch screen radar/plotter/graphic sounder, 20 Kw generator, washer/dryer, dishwasher, all in well maintained condition. This Viking 44 is equipped with the larger 485 hp Detroit Diesel Johnson & Towers power (rebuilt by W.W. Williams with full documentation), factory hardtop over the aft deck, electric foredeck dinghy crane with Avon hard bottom dinghy with electric start outboard, electric windlass. • MAINSHIP 350/390 Trawler, 1999 The Mainship 350 (later the 390) is one of the few built in the U.S.A, is very popular for extended cruising, and the Great Loop. This particular 350/390 has successfully done the Great Loop twice, and ready for your adventure. Her desirable features include: single Caterpillar Diesel with bow thruster, updated radar/plotter, electric anchor windlass, high gloss gelcoat, tall Bimini, and so much more.   SEA RAY 370 Express Cruiser, 1992. The Sea Ray 370 Express Cruiser is a popular Express Cruiser of her size. This (always fresh water) "370" has the desirable features: fully enclosed cockpit with "camper canvas" (new 2021); electric windlass; automatic engine synchronizers; air conditioning; stripped bottom with epoxy barrier coat; full electronics (radar, auto-pilot, touch screen plotter/graphic sounder).   ELLIS 28 Downeast Picnic Boat, 2010. Ellis Boat Company was founded in Maine in 1947. They are known for their sea worthy and well built lobster boats still in service today. The company joining the movement to build their reliable lobster boats into well thought out yachts. "Kathi Ann" is a fine example of the modern downeast picnic boat, and features single Yanmar Diesel, bow and stern thrusters, large cockpit with full length hardtop and full enclosure, cabin with "V-berth", enclosed head, and storage. She was built for her first and only yachtsman owner who has used her exclusively in Northern Lakes Michigan and Huron. She is in excellent condition through out.
