JEANNEAU 43 Sun
Odyssey Deck Salon, 2002. The Jeanneau 43 Sun Odyssey Deck Salon is
truly a blue water cruising sailboat. This Sun Odyssey is set up for light
handling with in mast furling, furling genoa and staysail (each with a furler),
electric self tailing winches, large fully enclosed cockpit, spacious well lit
interior with stateroom and heads for and aft, 11' RIB with outboard stores on

Center Cockpit Ketch, 1975. The Swedish built Hallberg Rassy is
designed for the aggressive North Sea and blue water sailing. Hallberg Rassy
is known world wide for their excellent uncompromising design and construction
reputation. This particular "HR-41" has always sailed in northern Lakes
Michigan, Huron, with the occasional trip to Lake Superior. She has had just
two yachtsman owners (each for about twenty years), who have
correctly/extensively updated and maintained her to excellent condition. She
was originally named "Fairport" and will be a sought after boat to own and

CATALINA 36, Mark
II, 2001. This Catalina 36 has always sailed in
fresh water, with just two owners. Stored each winter in inside storage. Well

color radar with plotter, autopilot, knot/log, sounder, AWI/WS, flat screen
television), furling genoa, fully battened mainsail, electric windlass, cockpit
dodger with Bimini and full enclosure, full galley (propane range, microwave,

Cutter. 1998. Island Packet has long been known as "America's Cruising
Yacht Leader". The Island Packet 350 Cutter is the result of extensive hands-
on design, building and sailing expertise, combined with millions of miles of
cruising experience. This Island Packet is being offered by her second
experienced yachtsman owner, who has maintained her to nearly new condition.
Always sailed in fresh water. She features complete Raymarine electronics (wide
screen color radar, color weather radar, knot/log, wind speed and direction),
fully enclosed cockpit, full teak interior, electric windlass, self tailing
winches, Harken furling jib and staysail, complete galley and so much more.

1996. The Hinterhoeller Nonsuch 324 is the next generation of the highly
successful Nonsuch 30 Ultra and Classic. Some of the biggest include: carbon
fibre freestanding spar (lighter and stiffer than the former aluminum spar),
25% more sail area, wing keel (4' 4" draft), and an improved interior use of
space. This "324" has been lightly sailed for just 9 years. She has been
stored in dry heated storage for 11 years. She has again being sailed and
enjoyed with all systems operational. Yard maintained to new condition through
out. Electronics have all been updated to Raymarine in 2015. "Whisker" is a
