      SABRELINE 47 Downeast Trawler, 1999. Equipped for long distance cruising; Caterpillar 420 hp Diesel power, three stateroom, 2 heads with galley "up" arrangement, fore and aft stateroom both have pedestal queen size berths, aft cockpit, Bimini tops over the aft deck and fly bridge, 12 Kw generator with factory sound shield, 3000 watt inverter (with 10 batteries), complete electronics (auto pilot, computer generated navigation, color plotter, radar, etc), electric windlass with 300' all chain rode, three zone reverse cycle air conditioning, additional freezer and refrigerator on the aft deck, Awlgripped Flag Blue hull, and more.     • BAYLINER 4588 Pilothouse Motor Yacht. 1989. The handsome Bayliner 4588 has become recognized as one of the best big boat values in the industry. A careful blend of Pacific Northwest styling and comfortable interior accommodations result is a long range motor yacht with instant eye appeal. Three stateroom, two head arrangement, with a very large main salon. This fresh water "4588" has had just two experienced owners, who maintained her in fine condition. The present owner has owned her most of the time.

      CRUISERS 4270 Express Cruiser, 2001. The Cruisers 4270, is popular express cruiser of her size. Her interior is spacious with a unique added bonus, a walk in aft cabin with a king size berth that converts into twin berths, plus a stand up head with a shower. This a radical departure from the competition, with a cramped aft cabin and no head. This "4270" has always been used in fresh water, stored inside heated storage each winter. She is equipped with desirable features as: bow thruster, Caterpillar 420 hp (3126) Diesel power, complete Raytheon electronics, full canvas with "camper canvas" (new 2016), all well maintained.     • GRAND BANKS 42 Classic, 1993. She is in extremely well maintained to original condition, with any upgrades and updates are keeping with the Grand Banks tradition. This "GB 42" is being offered by just her second experienced owner, who has pride of ownership and it shows. She features: upgraded 300 hp Caterpillar 3116 Diesel, 8 Kw generator, recent color touch screen radar/plotters (at both helms), Zodiac hard bottom dinghy (2006) with Yamaha 8 hp dinghy and cover, electric crane, stores on the aft cabin top, exterior teak is professomaly varnished each year.

    • CHRIS CRAFT 427 Double Cabin Motor Yacht. 1990. The Chris Craft 427 has become a true classic with a well planned aft deck, bridge and spacious interior. The "427" started as the Uniflite 42 Double Cabin in 1971. Chris Craft bought the molds and tooling and continued construction until 1990. This was an amazing 19 year production run and a testament to her success. This particular "427" has always been used in fresh water, stored in heated storage each winter. Her present experienced yachtsman owner has done extensive updates and upgrades, and has owned her for the last 12 years. She is in excellent condition through out.

      CRUISERS 415 Motor Yacht, 2006, The Cruisers 415 Motor Yacht is well designed for cruising. All the living spaces are large, well planned and executed. This two owner fresh water "415" has the right desirable features: Volvo Diesel power, Freedom hydraulic dinghy lift, 10' Achilles RIB with helm controls and 20 hp outboard, bow thruster, factory hardtop, complete Raytheon electronics, Glendinning Cable Master, washer/dryer, complete staterooms fore and aft (each with pedestal berths, separate head and shower), and so much more.     • MAINSHIP 400 Sedan Fast Trawler, 2006. The Mainship 400 is a very nice improvement over the successful Mainship 390. Her interior is larger and more open, the hull extension swim platform was been eliminated (prone to collecting water), stairs to the bridge are straight rather than curved, etc. This "400" has desirable features as: twin Diesel power (low hours), full Raytheon electronics (matched up and down), 8 Kw generator with factory sound shield, and much more. This is a one owner "400" and always used in the clean waters of Lake Superior. She is in excellent condition through out.

      MERIDIAN 368 Motor Yacht, 2008. A high volume motor yacht with a spacious interior is much bigger than her size dictates. Interior highlights include a full beam interior, large galley two staterooms with all the amenities as pedestal berths and en suite heads. This particular "368" is a one owner boat, always used in fresh water, and stored in heated storage each winter. The owner told me, he bought it new, and he intended to keep it that way ... and he has. She is equipped with desirable features as: bow and stern thrusters, Cummins 330 hp Diesel power, large 9 Kw generator; complete galley, full Northstar electronics, and much more.       TIARA 3600 Open, 1995. The Tiara 3600 Open enjoyed an industry long 11 year production run, a very strong testimonial to her success and popularity. This "3600" benefits from a decade of improvements and refining. This particular "3600" also has Caterpillar Diesel power, always used in the fresh waters of the Great Lakes, and stored inside heated storage each winter. She has been well maintained since new. This is about the only fresh water, Diesel powered, "3600" on the market today. SOLD BY WES DILWORTH TO A FLORIDA BUYER, WHO WILL MOVE IT THERE.       TIARA 3500 Express , 2002. The Tiara 3500 Express is a roomy and well planned express cruiser of her size thanks to her wide 13' 9" beam. This particular "3500" has the desirable features as: factory hardtop, upgraded 450 hp Cummins Diesels, updated Garmin color touch screen plotter, air conditioned helm, etc. This second owner has owned this "3500" since 2004 and had properly maintained her to practically new condition through out. SOLD BY WES DILWORTH TO A BUYER WHO WANTED THE BEST "3500" WITH DIESEL POWER, HARDTOP WITH LOW HOURS. HE FOUND HIS IDEAL "3500".

      TIARA 3100 Limited Edition Open, 2003. The second generation Tiara 3100 Limited Edition has already become a modern classic with beautiful lines, well planned interior and cockpit, all in a very well built boat. Many consider the "3100 Open" to be best of class. This locally kept, fresh water "3100", has desirable features as: factory hard top, Vetus bow thruster, upgraded 385 hp inboard Crusader power, separate color radar and plotter, and Awlgripped "Fighting Lady" yellow hull ... an impressive package. She has been stored winters in heated storage, maintained to nearly new condition by her local owners. EXCELLENT CONDITION, PROPERLY PRICED AND SOLD ON HER SECOND SHOWING!

    • FOUR WINNS 310 Horizon Bowrider, 2007. This big water bow rider has both a cuddy cabin with a double berth and separate enclosed head. Other features include twin 270 hp Volvo 5.0 GXI counter rotating stern drive (107 hours), camper canvas (never been used), cockpit and bow cover, Bimini top, color plotter, etc. The boat is very lightly used by just two owners, exclusively on Lake Charlevoix, and in excellent condition.

    • BACK COVE 29 , 2005. Yanmar 6LPASTP 315 hp Diesel (1092 hours), bow and stern thrusters, factory hardtop with aft drop curtain, custom transom door, Raytheon E-120 color large screen radar with plotter and depth sounder, reverse cycle air conditioning, West Marine hard bottom inflatable dinghy with 3 hp Johnson outboard (2006), cherry interior with teak and holly sole and ash hull battens, full galley, electric windlass, light yellow hull, and more, Always used in fresh water by her experienced owner who bought her when just one year old. Well maintained and stored in heated storage each winter.

      RANGER TUGS R-25 Classic, 2009. The Ranger Tugs are considered to be a respected leader in the ever growing yacht-tug market place. This Ranger 25 Classic has desirable features as: 150 hp Cummins Diesel, bow and stern thrusters, air conditioning (reverse cycle), generator with factory sound shield, aluminum highway tandem axle trailer, fully enclosed aft deck (2015) electric windlass, large color touch screen radar with plotter and depth sounder, complete galley (under counter refrigerator, electric stove, microwave), berths for four, 6'+ headroom, full teak interior, teak and holly sole, navy blue hull, etc. "Briar Patch" has the features of a much larger boat into a well founded, good looking trailerable yacht-tug.       ROSBOROUGH RF-246 , 2005. "High sided model". Built in Nova Scotia, pilot house inspired sea worthy design. Powered by twin Yamaha 4 cycle counter rotating 115 hp outboards˙(286 original hours) are mounted on a factory hull extension bracket, factory extended hard top over the aft deck with full enclosure, berths for 4 (2 in the convertible dinette, 2 in "v-berths"), complete Raytheon electronics (big screen C-120, color 24 mile radar with GPS, plotter, and depth sounder, Ray 54 VHF radio), full galley (propane stove, refrigeration, microwave), Duo Therm air conditioning and cabin heater, Maxwell electric windlass, manual dinghy crane (to store a dinghy on the aft hard top), Shoreland'r galvanized tandem axle roller trailer, and much more.
