- JEFFERSON 52
Monticello Flush Deck Motor Yacht. 1987. The Jefferson 52 Monticello
is a traditional class flush deck design with very generous interior
accommodations. She features a fully enclosed upper salon and wheel house with
doors on each side, and a full teak interior. This particular Monticello has
always been used in fresh water with much of her time in a covered slip. Her
present experienced yachtsman owner, this last season replaced:
radar/plotter/graphic sounder, auto pilot (both helms), VHF radio with Class B
AIS, and galley full size refrigerator. She is presently stored in a well lit
heating building and is in excellent condition. A June, 2018 Accredited SAMS
survey is available.
BAYLINER 4588 Pilothouse Motor Yacht. 1989. The handsome Bayliner
4588 has become recognized as one of the best big boat values in the industry.
A careful blend of Pacific Northwest styling and comfortable interior
accommodations result is
a long range motor yacht with instant eye appeal. Three stateroom, two head
arrangement, with a very large main salon. This fresh water "4588" has
had just two experienced owners, who maintained her in fine condition. The

GRAND BANKS 42 Classic, 1993. She is in extremely well maintained to
original condition, with any upgrades and updates are keeping with the Grand
Banks tradition. This "GB 42" is being offered by just her second experienced
owner, who has pride of ownership and it shows. She features: upgraded 300 hp
Caterpillar 3116 Diesel, 8 Kw generator, recent color touch screen
both helms), Zodiac hard bottom dinghy (2006) with Yamaha 8 hp dinghy and
crane, stores on the aft cabin top, exterior teak is professomaly varnished

- CHRIS CRAFT 427
Double Cabin Motor Yacht. 1990. The Chris Craft 427 has become a true
classic with a well planned aft deck, bridge and spacious interior. The "427"
started as the Uniflite 42 Double Cabin in 1971. Chris Craft bought the molds
and tooling and continued construction until 1990. This was an amazing 19 year
production run and a testament to her success. This particular "427" has
always been used in fresh water, stored in heated storage each winter.
Her present experienced yachtsman owner has done extensive updates and
upgrades, and has owned her for the last 12 years. She is in excellent
condition through out.
Sedan Fast Trawler, 2006. The Mainship 400 is a very nice improvement
over the successful Mainship 390. Her interior is larger and more open, the
hull extension swim platform was been eliminated (prone to collecting water),
stairs to the bridge are straight rather than curved, etc. This "400" has
desirable features as: twin Diesel power (low hours), full Raytheon electronics
(matched up and down), 8 Kw generator with factory sound shield, and much more.
This is a one owner "400" and always used in the clean waters of Lake Superior.

SEA RAY 340
Sundancer, 2005. The Sea Ray 340 Sundancer is a popular aft cabin
express cruiser her size. Her cockpit is well planned and her interior is
spacious. This particular "340" has sought after features: Mercruiser 8.1
Horizon power (only 118 hours), Raytheon color radar/plotter/graphic sounder,
varnished cherry interior and more. She is being offered by her first and only
owner, always used in fresh water, and stored in heated storage each winter.

POWERQUEST 320 LSC
Express, 2005. Powerquest was a respected builder of performance
oriented power boats. The "320 LSC" is a wide beam (10') to allow more
stability and usage room. This particular "320" has been used only in Lake
Michigan, by just one owner who has tried to maintain his boat to a fresh
condition, and stored in her own heated building. The boat was originally
built for the owner of Powerquest as his personal boat, and photographed for
the "320 LSC" brochure. She features: Mercruiser 6.2 MPI power, Bravo Three
outdrives, air conditioning, electric windlass, highway trailer, and has never

- REGAL 3260 Express
, 2003. The Regal 3260 is a popular express cruiser of her size and
enjoyed a long over ten year production run. She has desirable features as
Mercruiser twin 496 MAG power (375 hp with 517 hours), Mercruiser Bravo 3
5 Kw generator, air conditioning, complete canvas, full varnished cherry
interior, Ultra Leather upholstery, etc. Always used in fresh water by
her first and only owner, excellent condition through out.
- GRAND BANKS 32
Sedan, 1968. This classic wooden Grand Banks 32 Sedan has been owned
by just two owners, and always used in fresh water. The present and second
owner bought this Grand Banks in 1977, and has used her every year, except this
summer. While she will need some upgrades, as electronics, she can be enjoyed
and used while this is being. Her condition is far better than other Grand
Banks of her era. A July, 2019 pre-listing survey is available.
BACK COVE 29, 2005. Yanmar 6LPASTP 315 hp Diesel (1092 hours), bow
and stern thrusters, factory hardtop with aft drop curtain, custom transom
door, Raytheon E-120 color large screen radar with plotter and depth sounder,
reverse cycle air conditioning, West Marine hard bottom inflatable dinghy with
3 hp Johnson outboard (2006), cherry interior with teak and holly sole and ash
hull battens, full galley, electric windlass, light yellow hull, and more,
Always used in fresh water by her experienced owner who bought her when just

TIARA 2900 Coronet
Harbor Edition, 2001. This Tiara 2900 Coronet Harbor Edition has had
just two yachtsman owners. The present upgraded the electronics with premium
Raymarine electronics and stereo in 2018. She has the desirable features as:
Crusader 320 hp 5.7 Plus EFI, navy blue hull, electric windlass, and available

- CHRIS CRAFT 28 Launch, Heritage Edition, 2007. The Chris Craft
28 Launch is a European
inspired high quality bow rider. The Chris Craft line of boats has changed how
American boats are styled and designed. They have features as: enclosed
electric head, generous use of teak, electric windlass, and seating for at
least 8. This particular "28 Launch" is owned by her first and only owner, who
used the boat exclusively in the pristine waters of Northern Lake Michigan.
She has: navy blue hull, white bottom (no paint), twin Volvo 5.7 GXI 320 hp
engines (226 hours), electric windlass, and much more. Excellent condition

- SEA RAY 260 Sun
Deck. 2013. The Sea Ray 260 Sun Deck enjoyed a long seven year
production run, a testament to her market acceptance and success. This
particular "260 Sun Deck", has had just one experienced owner, maintained by
the local Sea Ray dealer for all recommended service, and always used in fresh
water. Her desirable features include: Mercruiser 350 Mag power (300 hp with
just 148 hours, highway trailer, wet bar, enclosed head, seating for 9, color
