ACCOMMODATIONS & LAYOUT: Upon entering the main salon through a large sliding door on the starboard side, the upper salon has an upholstered chair and helm; mini-blinds and screens through out. Galley and dinette area is aft and down. FORWARD MASTER STATEROOM: two oversized twin berths are under the salon; large ports on both sides, two hanging lockers, enclosed head. AFT STATEROOM features an enclosed head with shower and tub, access to the aft deck. Recently updated interior.

REMARKS: "Relax or Die" is a unique house boat. Bought new by her present owners new in 1993, and has always been used in the fresh waters on our Lake Charlevoix. Her purpose is as a second home and is equipped very nicely for this use. The interior has been recently updated with tongue and groove maple with mahogany trim, and beige carpet in the salon and staterooms, and co- ordinating vinyl in the galley and heads.
